What's New At Santa Su (May 12th - May 16th):
AP testing has taken over Santa Su! That’s right, those students who are taking college level classes while still in high school will be demonstrating how much they’ve learned this week. Good luck to all of those who are testing. One of the highlights of most seniors’ high school career is just around the corner. Prom is this Saturday the 17th at the Porter Valley Country Club. For those who are going to prom, be safe and make wise decisions. Children’s Theatre is putting on a show in the Blackbox Theatre on Monday the 12th at 4pm. Tickets are $3.00 each. PACT is also selling tickets to Wicked at the Pantages for $70.00 each for the May 18th showing. A portion of all tickets will be donated to the school. Our new Pre-Law Academy was awarded a $300,000.00 grant. The grant was funded by the California Department of Education.
A special congratulation to all of the teachers who spent endless hours working on the grant application, Santa Su wouldn’t be what is without your hard work and dedication.
