Class Changes
Once a student is registered, changes of program are ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE. Therefore, it is imperative that a student consider his/her program important and carefully exercise available options ahead of time. When a student pre-registers in the spring, elective courses should be conscientiously considered. Alternates should be given the same consideration since they may be used when courses conflicts arise or courses are canceled.

Students qualify for a schedule change if, and only if, they fall within the categories below:
  • They were programmed into the wrong class due to computer error.
  • They did not meet the prerequisite for the scheduled class with a "C" or better.
  • There was a duplicate class assigned.
  • They are missing a class period on their schedule.
  • They are seniors lacking a graduation requirement.
  • The scheduled class was taken in summer school.


If you fall within the above categories fill out the form below and turn it into your counselor within the first two weeks of the semester according to the schedule below. Class changes are NOT MADE DUE TO TEACHER PREFERENCE.
