Graduation and Tickets
Graduation will begin at 8:00 p.m. sharp on Thursday, June 12th. Each Graduating Senior may request up to SIX (6)
tickets for Graduation. Tickets will be distributed after the mandatory Graduation Practice on Wednesday, June 11th
at 1:30 p.m. Tickets will not be available earlier. Additional tickets may be available after the initial allotment
is distributed along with the grad robes. HOWEVER, the number of tickets is limited, and we may not be able to accommodate
all requests. There is no cost for the original six tickets. Additional tickets beyond the six, if available, will cost $2.00
each. Seating in the Amphitheatre will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. no earlier. The Amphitheatre will be closed prior to 7:00 p.m.,
and seats may not be saved in advance. Coolers and bags (other than camera bags) will not be admitted to the Amphitheatre. Please
plan accordingly. Graduation will conclude at approximately 9:30 p.m.
- Students missing the Practice for any reason may not go through the Graduation Ceremony and will not receive tickets to the Graduation! If you have questions concerning Graduation tickets, please call Mr. Tarca at 805.520.6800.
- Wheelchair access and seating will be available for Graduation. For arrangements, please call Mr. Buckle, Assistant Principal, at 805.520.6800 no later than Friday, May 30th.
- Seniors will be seated alphabetically at Graduation. Available for purchase will be still photos of each Senior receiving congratulations on the awarding of his/her diploma as well as videotapes of the ceremony. Order forms for the Graduation Video and the still photos will be included in the next Senior Letter. Although you are welcome to take your own pictures, we recommend that you order the video and the stills for the very best photos of this important event.
